Roof and Gutter Repair in San Antonio (78254)

Out in the 78254 area on the far northwest side of San Antonio, near Alamo Ranch, this was a combined roof and gutter repair, not a full replacement. We took the damaged roofing down to the deck, made sure the surface underneath was solid, and swapped out decking where it needed it. New ice and water barrier went into the valleys, and we matched the existing roof with Owens Corning Supreme shingles in Driftwood so the fix disappears into the rest. On the gutter side, the front downspout wasn’t draining right, so we closed off that hole, resloped the gutter, and moved the downspout to the opposite end where the water actually needs to go. Little corrections like that are what keep water off the fascia and away from the house.
