Reached out for a quote and Matt was very thorough and made sure that I would get everything needed, in case the insurance adjuster missed some things. Incredible communication and admin effort before the work was done. Communicated on my behalf with insurance for over 12 weeks to get the full scope of the damage repaired and recovered and that was before I had paid a dime. The team was friendly, completed an entire roof replacement in a single day, and did a really incredible job cleaning up the job site and all of the scraps around the house before leaving. I saw one of my neighbors get their roofed inspected yesterday morning and it made me realize that we hadn’t had our inspected in a long time. I approached Gabe and asked him if he would be able to come later yesterday afternoon to inspect mine. Well he did! Gabe was extremely professional and very honest, he even played around with my dog! Essentially my roof hadn’t sustained damage from the hail storm a couple of weeks ago, so there was need for repairs or servicing. One of your workers hit a water pipe in our attic with a roofing nail and although he caused a good leak, it was the fault of the contractor who built the house. Bobby Hernandez , Alfred and the whole roofing crew did an excellent job from start to finish. First of all financing was simple with several choices. There were many shingle choices and colors to choose from. The crew came out at 0645, stripped the roof down to the rafters. By 6pm the roof was completely finished. Afterwards I had them install seamless gutters which once delivered, took maybe 2 hours to complete. Bobby was on top of any questions or issues that might have come up. Please, if you need a roof, gives these guys a call. You won't be disappointed.
