Roof Replacement – 78221

Completed a roof replacement in San Antonio, TX (78221) using Owens Corning Oakridge® Onyx Black shingles as part of an insurance claim. The existing roof system was removed and the modified bitumen areas were addressed, with double underlayment installed to meet code and manufacturer requirements. Ventilation was upgraded with newly installed ridge vents, and pipe penetrations were improved using GAF MasterFlow® pivot pipe boots for long-term leak protection. The new roofing system was installed to specifications, enhancing durability, weather resistance, and overall performance. Final inspection confirmed quality workmanship and a clean job site.
